Great location! You can easily walk to the mall and enjoy a variety of restaurants and shops. , the beach is not far away, and it is perfect for a relaxing day under the sun. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they even went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. the rooms are cleaned daily, and they are spacious and comfortable.
The room could be noisy at night, but that is understandable since it is located in a lively area. the bathroom was a bit outdated, but it was clean and functional.

It is very close to phuket thailand that I visit every time. The hotel has GREAT atmosphere and nice views. Private bathroom with all essentials. I really enjoyed everything about the property: the food and location.
For us it was ideal.

Sabaidee Patong Guesthouse is a great hotel in a fantastic setting, offering a comfortable place for a city break in Phuket. The guesthouse provides a huge variety of little extras, and the nearby "I Love Spaghetti" restaurant is just a short walk away from the venue.

The location of this guesthouse is perfect - close to everything but not so close that you can't get a good night's sleep. It's just a 10-minute walk to the beach and the Banzaan market. The rooms are clean and have new, firm beds. The staff is friendly and attentive, always making sure your needs are met. The guesthouse also offers laundry services at very affordable prices. it's great value for the price and a comfortable stay.

I had an amazing stay in this city. The hotel's location was incredible - close enough to the center of everything but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. It was just a 10-minute walk to the beach, and close to BanZan Market for some local shopping. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were always helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I especially loved the fact that I could easily rent a bike to explore the city. this hotel provided the best combination of location, cleanliness, and helpful staff.
